Join the Western Ohio Pinto Horse Association by September 22, 2008 and be eligible for one of the 5 High Point Jackets to be awarded for results of the 2008 show!! One jacket will be awarded for each division: Open, Amateur, Novice Amateur, Youth and Elite.
